The Studio Manager opens the studio around 9:30 everyday and, usually, the first client starts at 10:00.
Closing time is usually around 18:00.
We ask our guest to be punctual and to respect the opening hours so it doesn’t affect other tattoo artists schedule.
đ° 30% commission.
At Beehive we ask for a 30% commission of each tattoo’s total price (including deposition, if received before). This commission should be paid via bank transfer, at the end of your stay.
After we receive it in our bank, weâll send you a receipt for accounting reasons.
đ We usually start by booking 3 to 5 days.
Let us know the dates youâre planning to stay, so we can sort it out from there ^^
đ Bookings
You’ll manage your own bookings and you can share the booked times with us.
We’ll post your work on our website and Instagram (feed and stories), redirecting the clients to contact you. We also recommend you to post ads targeting Stockholm, for at least one month before your visit ^^
đ§Ÿ Invoicing your clients
Normally, if you have a company and pay taxes in your country, you should be able to offer your clients the proper documentation. It should work the same as in most countries.
đž The starting price at our studio is 1500SEK.
We charge the final price based on the style, size and placement of the tattoo. Check our price list below and feel free to make your own prices or ask us for some guidelines đ
đł Payment methods
Clients will pay directly to the guest. Artists who don’t have Swedish bank account usually receive payment via bank transfer, PayPal or another online method.
Note: Cash payment is possible but, because the studio is only accepting our commission via bank transfer, we wouldnât recommend payment by cash. Let the clients know to withdraw money before they come, as it’s not common for people to have cash in Sweden.
đ° Deposition
Taking an initial deposit is up to you. We do recommend asking for deposition as it can be difficult to fill in a cancellation in the last minute. If you take deposit from the clients, the payments should be made directly to you.
The prices below are approximate prices. Each artist follow their own guidelines for pricing and the final cost depends on the design, placement, size, details, style, etc.

ă»Detailed designs, tattoos around the arm or leg.
Note: Some artists charging per session would charge between 12000-15000 SEK per day (full day session), so you can use that as reference đ

The drop-in line closes at 15:00 but we usually keep tattooing a bit longer than that to be able to tattoo everybody ^^
NOTE: If you need to leave the queue, please let us know in advance so we can move up to the next person.

Please, read carefully:
†We take drop-ins for small tattoos only on the dates and time announced (simple design up to around 5 cm) ;
†Keep in mind that drop-ins have limited spots for those who arrive first;
†When you get to the studio, show us your tattoo idea and leave your contact information.
NOTE: The tattoo artist will talk to you during the session and draw your tattoo, but we ask you to come with the idea and placement already decided for the drop-in.
†Then, weâll send an email with your number in the queue and youâll be able to follow how the queue is going on our website;
†When itâs your time to come weâll contact you;
†While waiting for your turn, take a nice walk or have a coffee nearby : )
†Come alone.
†We have a no-children and no-pets policy at the studio.
